September 7, 2016, Tri-City Transmissions rebuilt the transmission in Robert Schaefer's, owner of Cardinal Construction work truck, Dodge R1500. He paid with a business check and it bounced, 10 days later I submitted it to the bank again and he had closed the account. I called his business today, January 31, 2017, he answered the phone and was still doing business as Cardinal Construction.
