Metals/Metals.com  and targeted me his name is Robert Slattery from Metals.com chase.com and he lives now in Seattle Washington and now he owns a real estate company first thing he said  that they were huge supporters of Sean Hannity and Fox and thanked me for being a supporter.

They scared me with claims that the government was going to freeze IRA accounts; that the stock market and mutual funds were the worst place to be and my IRA was in "so much, such a disastrous situation" and "if you did five minutes of research, you'd know that." They convinced me to move my ENTIRE life savings from a Fidelity IRA to a New Direction IRA containing only silver coins, which they sold me for $24 each.

The "melt value" which they explained is what the IRA is required to show the IRS, shows my IRA is valued at a loss of 71%. When I phoned they explained that the "melt value" isn't the "actual value" of the coins. I explained to the V.P. that I could not find the coins listed anywhere on the internet and asked how I could determine the "actual value" of these coins. He said "Well, you call us."

He also said the last coins they sold were for $26 per coin (these are 1/2 oz. 2018 Silver Canadian Polar Bear Coins of which there is nothing listed on the Royal Canadian Mint's website about these coins). When I asked them to sell my coins they said they couldn't as the coins were in an IRA and that I would have to sell them myself.

I know nothing about how to sell coins and Chase Metals/Metals.com has refused to even tell me how I can do it, even after asking them no less than four times. So, you be the judge of this company, but please read this and beware.

Are you an Adult?

1.  You decided to invest with someone because they said they were "supporters of Sean Hannity."  I bet you voted for Trump- a guy who regularly cheated contractors out of their pay and declared bankruptcy several times.

2.  You got "scared" into investing by a string of conspiracy theories involving the destruction of the US economy- the government "freezing IRAs," tanking Stock Market and Mutual Funds, etc.- and put your money into silver coins.  Were aliens, Hillary Clinton or the Rothschilds involved?  Again, are you an adult?

More to the point, how did you ever accumulate any money to begin with, when you wet yourself over lunatic end of the world economy claptrap and are willing to put your life savings into SILVER COINS??

(Oh, and Canadian Polar Bear Coins at that.  That's the real cherry on top.  And of course you didn't do any research BEFORE handing over your money. After all, they practically DARED YOU to do "a few minutes of research"- that's how confidence men operate.  They know when you hear that you aren't going to do any research, because that would be suggesting you don't trust these people who are only trying to "rescue" your money.  Plus, it would have been too hard.  Bizarre.)

Since you fully admit to NOT knowing what you were doing, why in the hell were you even messing around with this stuff? Their pitch was 100% directed to the inexperienced, unknowledgable investor and YOU fell for it! The FIRST and HUGE red flag should have been when they told you to move 100% of your money into this one "investment". Get yourself an education before you make any more investment decisions!!!!
