Complaint Review: Robert Tyler - Tony May - Full Moon Saloon - CJ's

This report goes out to anyone wanting to rent from the new owners of the "Full Moon Saloon", (aka: CJ's), Robert Tyler and "manager" TOny May.

I had recently moved because of the "BS" of the new owners. He (Bob) wanted $650 for living in that small 2 bedroom apartment. There was no way in hell that I am going to pay that much for that place just so he can support his crack habit.

Anyways, in the midst of moving, we had left some things behind to be picked up 2 days later and then that would have been it.

Well, apparently these a$$e$ took it upon themselves to go through our stuff, decided to take what they wanted, and took the rest to the thrift shop, and to the "dump".

There were things like my son's bed frame, which they said went to the dump, an $800 rocking chair which I was buying from North Country and Tony thought he would take that for himself, a huge box of my clothes which included my $600 leather coat, a printer, and computer scanner, playstation, dvd player, my son's brand new oversized bean bag, my daughter's "baby blanky" that she had since the day she was born (7 years now), her new bed set which the comforter cost $75 alone, about 3 loads of laundry and one load that was in the washer still, which they went rumaging through, a couch, a new twin mattress, a play pen that I had filled with all sorts of things, a wooden bench that was used for my sons toy box, a baby swing, baby clothes, travel swing, baby bouncer, washer, dryer, plus more.

After some phone calls and we found out that some of it went to the thrift shop (couch, mattress, play pen that was filled and another box of items). The owner of the thrift shop was very kind and gave all of it back. But all of the other things were still MIA. After I had went to the police about it, they were able to recover my chair, which Tony had (he told the police that he didn't but two of his friends dropped it off at the station for me to pick up) and the bench which Tony at first said he didn't have but after the police told him he was seen with it, admitted he did and left it outside of his residence for me to pick up. He told the police that all the other stuff went to the dump.

The scanner and printer, playstation, dvd player, along with an electric heater were in the play pen ready to go but when I received the play pen, all that was in it was the toys from the bench along with some other toys and a box of items. All of the things that I mentioned were all set in the living room, packed and ready to go.

Tony told the police that Bob had told him to go clean out the apartment because it looked like we were moved out and to take whatever, wherever. Moved out? Who leaves that kind of stuff behind? If they were good landlords, they would have put it in storage and gave us notice that they had it.

We lost sentimental belongings and some very expensive items because these guys were greedy and irresponsible. TOny already lied to the police twice about our stuff and I know that one of them has all of our other stuff. Probably some of the stuff was taken to the dump, but I know alot of the other things weren't.

I am continueing with charges because I gave these guys the chance to return my stuff and did so kindly. To take my stuff is one thing, but to take my children's is another. That is as low as low can get. I want to know if it made them feel manly to throw away a brand new baby swing, or a little boys bed or what they were thinking when they decided to throw away kids clothes not knowing if that was all they had.

My wife had a mold done of her belly when she was pregnant with our last child. Gone. Tony told the police that Bob told him to do it. If he didn't know what was going on and sorry for it all then why didn't he come out and say sorry for it all. He told the cop that he was going to press harrassment charges the next time someone calls him about the situation. The only one that has contacted him WAS the cop. Idiot.

I was also told that the same day that all this happened, there were 3 other reports that came in about Tony and his "business" all in the same day. We were told not to do any business with him and to warn any others that may be considering doing business with him, so WATCH OUT FOR TONY MAY AND ROBERT TYLER!
