There's a reason Robert Williams aka Willco Finance has youtube "proof" videos but disabled the comments section. Its the same reason he only accepts cash sending services as payment with no recourse. He will take your money and you'll never hear from him again.

I found your report after I was scammed out of money. Did some research and looking for someone to file a police report and possibly hire someone to track this bum down
