Roberto Murolo scammed with fake goods Milano Italy
While grabbing a quick bite at the Jack In The Box in the Renton Highlands, a nicely dressed man asked if I could give directions to the airport. He was smooth and slick and quick with friendly conversation. He soon had me beliving he was a clothing salesman from Milano, Italy. He had a business card, showed me his passport and had a few items (leather? jackets) that he didn't want to take back with him to Italy.
Before I knew it, I fell for the oldest trick that I have warned repeateadly to my wife and children...if it's too good to be true, it isn't. I gave him a large amount of cash for six jackets that my daughter told me were knockoffs. Too bad I did not read the Ripoff Report because it seems to be working for him. I hate to admitt that old people can be as duped as the young ones.
Please be aware and don't let this happen to you.
