Roberto & Teresa Ortiz Ebay - RandR_sales Known To Defraud And Rip-off Merchants Ripoff is guilty of fraud identity theft and ripping-off several merchants Wolfe City & Celeste City Texas
SUMMARY:
Teresa & Roberto Ortiz (aka randr_sales) bought merchandise through Ebay and paid via PAYPAL. Merchandise was sent via DHL to 100 Edgewood, Wolfe City, TX. After a month, PAYPAL notified us that the payment is under investigation due to fraud and it is being reversed.
I called Teresa/Roberto Ortiz at 903-496-9615 to verify but she did not respond. I investigated further and I found out that Teresa & Roberto Ortiz has been using her sisters information and address against her will and without her permission to purchase and use her house as the delivery address. Her sister, Ms. Thompson agreed to sign an affidavit confirming this information which we have on file.
Currently, we have given this report to our local state police, Wolfe City Police, National Fraud Information Center, PAYPAL to be looked into.
This is a notice to all merchants and consumers as well -Roberto & Teresa Ortiz are believed to use different aliases on Ebay and according to her own sister continues to defraud merchants.
If you have been victimized by these people report the incident to Wolfe City Police.

Hi Odessa,
I am sorry to hear about your loss. Darn it if there isn't someone always out there that will find a way to ruin a perfectly good thing.
I am not too up on Paypal. I understand that it is used to pay for things over the internet. I set up an account so my daughter could buy something off of e-bay. Luckily, her seller was exceptional and even tossed in an additional game with the game machine.
What I wanted to know is what happens to you? Does Paypal provide buyer and seller protection? Of do they just charge back to your account.
I hope that you do continue to keep this site updated on the case. I doubt if you will get your money back from them... but they do need to be stopped and also at least pay the criminal price.

To date Toberto & Teresa Ortiz has not paid $697.84 worth of merchandise. Credit card used was fraudulent.
