Bought a pair of sunglasses from this company. Website seems legitimate. When they came, they have been used and scratched. I contacted the company and they were not too eager to help. A lady by the name of Susan Lee answered the phone, and just told me to send them back in a very rude manner. I called back when they arrived at the business and she explained that they have been sent to the lab for investigation. I receive an email a week later and this is an exact copy of that email.

Hello Mr, We received your return of the AO sunglasses. The inspection shows the glasses were worn and scratched by removing the Polarized sticker. We only accept return with all materials which came in a box as we sent it out to you originally!  However, we suppose to charge 50% restocking fee due to lack of materials in a return, but the refund was given to you and only 10% the cost of the glasses and $7.95 shipping fee was deducted from the refund.
