Complaint Review: Robertson Honda

They ran my credit report, didn't disclose my credit score, neither did they disclose the "lease factor" (interest rate). Contacted the Honda Finance company for details. Was told the lease factor is 6.15% despite my excellent record. This rate is higher than the rate banks offer for a used car. Neither Honda Finance nor the dealership took responsibility for it. Filed a complaint with Honda of America. They closed the complaint without notice. No actions were taken from either party.
