Complaint Review: Robertson's Pools

Robertson's Pools Ok, till they get their last check... lower Mound, Texas

The fellow named Eddie (214) 317-3121,said that I would receive a water statement indicating the 30 K + gallons filled into the pool after resurfacing so that I could take this document to  the city of Flower Mound to pay for the water and ot have the usage be computed as part of my normal bil..  Eddie and the initial salesman said this multiple times pre contract sign, but have not delivered.

Also, after the pool was resurfaced, Robertson's left a very specific document of steps to follow. Their document indicated to fill the pool.  But the problem was that the drain covers in the deep end were not installed, and also the necessary acid wash was not completed.  We filled the pool per directions, but next day they had to drain it to do the acid wash. WTF??

We initially got three estimates Leslie, BMC, and also Robertson's.  Not sure who of these is the better rip off artist.

Well in retrospect I have to say the pool really does look fabulous.  I would recommend Robertson's if you are going to get any work on your pool done. 

We just hit a couple communication hiccups which on reflection are not that big of a deal.
