Complaint Review: Robin Barrett

I received a puppy from Robin Barrett that came with a health guarantee. When the puppy arrived he had a 1" umbilical hernia, an undescended t******e and a bad bite. I sent pictures and Robin agreed to pay the medical expense. Once the surgery for the hernia was done, she flatly refused and it became a soap opera of her irratic thoughts and mistruths. I have emails and documentas to back me up. I contacted a vet whose signature was on a certificate of health only to find out it was not his signature. She forged a state document with a reputable vet's signature. Anyone who received a puppy from her no matter the health of the puppy, or your relationship with her, please check your certificate from the state of Pa and contact the vet to make sure an exam was done. If not please contact The state of Pa, dept of Agriculture and report it. I have filed a complaint and they are investigating the practices of this person. My puppy had not been seen by a vet and was shipped with  known defects. I wanted my money returned based on her unethical principals, she refused. I am going to seek the advice of an attorney to see what else I can do. Pennsylvania is very interested in this case.
