Complaint Review: Robinson Micuic

I would like to report a problem with this user above. I was bidding on Ebay item #3832633064. I was given information by the seller/Square Trade that I had won the item and SquareTrade would be handling the particulars of the transaction. The particulars of the item are: (Item #3832633064 - Bobcat S185 Skid Steer Loader w/attachments.) After several emails to this individual to ask questions, I decided to bid/ purchase this item for $7,000.00. On 8/11/04 I was instructed to go to Western Union and send $7,000 US to Square Trade(To a fraudulent fax number: 310-861-5048. I then sent the Western Union information and customer receipt to Square Trade to a fraudulent email address which was given to me by the seller, email address:(support@squaretrade.com(support@secure-squaretrade.us)

The seller sent me a fraudulent email from Square Trade(see attached emails above) accepting receipt of the information and confirmed that all was correct and accurate. The seller assured me that the item would be shipped immediately and I would receive confirmation of the shipment and I should receive the item within 6 days. I have yet to hear from the seller since 8/12/04. The money was taken from Western Union. He signed and removed the money from Western Union. I have attached the emails between me and the seller for reference. This person is still on ebay. I would like to know how to get the money back on an item that was listed on Ebay. This user copied the Square Trade logo and information which was confirmed by the real Square Trade customer Service Dept(415-541-1000).


I have all correspondence and fraudulent emails as confirmed by Ebay and Square Trade.
