You think you have problems with Robinson's/May??

About a year ago my husband and I bought a sofa ($2000) from Robinson's/May, that opened a "top " account, a few months later I used this charge to buy a few things, a pair of shoes etc., at the time I had an account with Bank of America, and was paying my bills with their "Pay By Phone" , Robinson's/May automatically opened another account , the "Option" account, for smaller money amount purchases, WHICH i KNEW NOTHING ABOUT, now I was paying 2 accounts with ONE account number, who knows why, but every month my accounts got the wrong amount paid to each account, for 6 months I had to call Robinson's/May when I received my statement and go through a big hassle with them to transfer money from one account to another, AM I THE ONLY ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD WHO HAS A ROBINSON'S/MAY ACCOUNT AND A B OF A PAY BY PHONE ACCOUNT??
AND WHY CANT THEY GET IT RIGHT???????

I had to take a half day off of work, go to The Robinson's/May in our town, see the store manager, who didn't know anything about why I had 2 accounts and only 1 account number, nor could anyone else in the HIGHER MANAGEMENT give me an answer, COMMON SENSE, 2 ACCOUNTS , 2 ACCOUNT NUMBERS!!
Is it that hard people, get with it!!

So now I,' waiting for 30 days, another statement cycle to see if they fixed it. Who wants to bet ?

PS ..If my husband and I ran our business this was guess what??????? We would'nt have a business.
