On 2/6/2003 My wife and I went to the Fashion Valley Robinsins store and bought a new sofa, love seat and recliner.

Delivery was promised at the end of the month. It didn't happen. In the first week of March I called to see when we could expect our furniture and was told it was expted in three weeks. we waited and I called again, and was told the coutch and love seat where in but they are still waiting for the recliner.

I called the salesman after about two weeks, and he told me to call the delivery department and have them deliver the furniture that they did have. I called them and was told they couldn't deliver until all the furniture was in. On 4/29 they delivered the furniture. The couch was damaged. When I called customer service I was told that the furniture that we had purchased had been discontinued and there were no couches in the warehouse. I was told the only choice that I had was that they I could return it for full credit or they could send a repairman to fix it. I then told the customer service rep. that those choices were unacceptable, and to locate a coutch from floor stock at a store and make an exchange. She did locate one, but I am still waiting.

Today I tried to call the president of Robinsons. Mr. Isreal at (818) 766- 4111 and am waiting for a call back, fat chance. His address is 6160 Laurel Canyon Blvd. N Hollywood CA 91616 and he can expect a letter.
