Complaint Review: Roblox.com

My son has been a user of Roblox for 1 year now. I pay $19.95 a month for his account. I review it and check his message boards and whole account on a weekly basis. His account has been stolen numerous times and not with him giving out his password! Each and every time I have given him additional Roblox cards, that I purchase at Target or CVS, the money uploaded disappears! I contact the company and their response is always the same, the user is responsible for all actions on his account. Never have they investigated! Its just an Oh well and move on. I have now had it! In over the course of this year I have tallied the additional gift cards bought to be in the $300 range, this is not including the $200 in monthly site fees I have paid.  The only way to replace the money is said to be by taking a "screen shot" of the money stolen and turn it in to Roblox. How is this possible when the money is gone?! Its uploaded and disappears! This really is becoming the Roblox norm and I am very disappointed at their disregard in handling these situations, I know there is a way to go and look up these situations on their end, its a total disregard for us as their customers to handle it the way they do. I believe this is FRAUD on their part. I have requested an investigation via the BBB and am compiling evidence of my transactions with them. I feel with the complete disregard of these actions, they are the ones behind the "disappearing" "Robux" in hopes that us parents just continue to reward our children with yet another Roblox card to replace the monies "hacked".  They are making millions ripping parents off !!!!!  I need to apologize to all the parents and teachers I have recommended this site to. It is much more safe to use the google sketch up for the autocad like software. Which is why I loved Roblox in the beginning, it is a game with an autocad "like" software.
