Complaint Review: Roboform

Had Roboform 6 and paid for 3 licenses, it does not work with Firefox 4 which I had to upgrade due to security concerns. In order to use the 3 roboform licenses for which I already paid on FireFox 4 and Chrome I now have to pay an extra charge.

Sending emails to roboform result in anapologetic answers. We cannot and will not. Clearly this is a scam and users should be warned about Roboform. They also converted their service to a yearly subscription so now instead of paying once you will have to pay each year.
