MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE
This report is made on behalf of the public. Take notice that Zahid Makhdoom is currently a justice of the peace at the Robson Square Provincial Court allegedly. Mr. Makhdoom is the subject of investigation. He allegedly has a criminal history for which he has served a 10 month prison sentence.
Mr. Makhdoom refused to hold a former sergeant of the Transit Police Authority responsible for his contempt of court. Court records show that Mr. Makdhoom in fact stated that the former transit officer "is entitled" to the contempt of court.
Mr. Makhdoom said that "does not matter" that a young woman was assaulted by two transit police officers, including one who misused the authority of the Attorney General in order to pursue the false ticket, despite the fact that the retired officer was the subject of a civil complaint in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
The Supreme Court of British Columbia ruled that a miscarriage of justice had taken place at the Vancouver Robson Square Provincial Court.
In fact, Transit Police attempt to evade from testifying at the Supreme Court. In the name of justice, and for the public interest, we hereby respectfully disclose the following details concerning the former superior of the two Transit Police officers who assaulted the young woman:
Former Sgt. Brian Lawson has resigned from the Transit Police after he himself charged under the Criminal Code of Canada for assaulting a police officer. In fact, Transit Police Authority was aware that Sgt. Lawson had in fact a significant criminal history since year 1999. Despite his criminal charges, the Transit Police Authority continued to allow Sgt. Lawson to be a liability and possible danger to the public. Apparently, innocent citizens do not have the same rights as those serving at the Ministry of Justice and/or Transit Police, including those with a significant criminal history:
