Complaint Review: Roc Chevrolet

I had been receiving calls from them several times a day for several weeks. Finally, they got a hold of me. I spoke with Darrian, who in turn gave me her "stupidvisor", Amanda. I explained my situation in detail. She then called me back within minutes to tell me that my "issues" are of no concern and I will be financed without question. I asked over and over if she was sure....of course she was, (as they were time after time. I explained that I did not want to waste my gas, nor my time or hers.

I get to cRock S***vrolet, (still the same as Rockenbach, they just dropped the 'enbach') Sure enough these fools got me again, (more so my fault for falling for their scam). The guy at the front desk is a real piece of work too. I asked to speak with Darrian and/or Amanda, but he told me they did not work there. So I walked over to the side and called the number that "Darrien" called me from, and waala.......right in front of my face she answered the phone. She was about 15 feet away from the front desk. In one way or another they remind me of a "payday loan" company, who constantly calls me for a loan....only difference they are overseas and barely speak English. Start your new car experiences fresh and keep away from these "SCAMMERS"
