Complaint Review: rochester gauges

This is 1 of the worst companies you could work for. they are drunks drug addicts, liars and civil rights violators,    they pay you at 4 or 5 bucks below industry standards, overlook you for promotions, your background or qualifications mean nothing,      you are only promoted by favrotism! they routinely edit your pay checks removing time you worked. give you a raise and then you are a trouble maker if after almost a year ask when you are going to recieve it.        you must train your self no training provided as they are all so incompetant that they fear you may take there job. if you are professional a self starter you will be harassed. if you report problem to senior management they will tell you its gona get better         God only knows how managers act behind closed doors.this company used to (take a shot) drink in the production area's  while working as recently as 15 or 20 years ago.  they allow employees to make notes of sincetive data "for training purposes" data from company's like catapillar, beech craft, cesna, ect any compant that does bussiness with them is looking for a data breech situation!!!    the eqiupment they use is literally from the 1940 machines are dangerous and hazardous!!   when i started there they had an e verify cpu in hr office it quickly disapered within a month or two..    senoir management constantly has catered food brought in for themselves.. while employees fight at the food stamp line.. they ask you for your input"help us make the company better" if you do your run off during a weeks time   if you try to put 2 weeks notice in cuause you got a better job which wouldnt be hard. your fired on the spot.     half the employees dont even speak english                                                                                                     IN summary this place makes juans portable taco stand LOOK like MICROSOFT!

 Sad thing is they make critical components such as dials' gauges  feul line components ect for leading company's , even sum medium grade avionic componets ... is seriously scarey.. next in line im going to contact the companies they produce for and  cive them their order acct #'s for products they oder just so they know im telling them  the truth
