We signed a contract with Mike to to pick up 2 vehicles with a "guaranteed 48 hr pick up, delivery no later 5th" The deposit was $174.99. He insisted on taking the back account information for the deposit, which he took, but never refunded, even though the contract states it is refunded if the cars are not picked up.
He promised the cars would be picked up before we moved, and had over a week to do so but did not. He continued to lie to us every day when we called to find out why they had not been picked up, and if or when they would be. He stopped answering our calls about refunding our deposit. We had to hire another carrier to pick up the cars after we moved. We filed a complaint with the BBB in Florida, but he would not respond to them either.
