Rock Bottom Transport LLC Never delivered my car Ft Myers Florida
On May 22, 2013 after being promised to have my car picked up by May 28, 2013 I hired Mike and Rock Bottom Transport on a price match 7 day guarantee. 5/28 came and passed without my car being picked up. Mike told me to be patient and then he asked for more money. After 84 emails, countelss phone calls and even more requests for more money or just be patient and many many broken promises and lies I finally cancelled my order on June 4, 2013 and rented a trailer and moved my car myself. Then Mike and Rock Bottom Transport refused to refund me the $89.99 deposit. Stay away from this lying company as they only want to get you under contract with thier claim to beat all prices by 10% but will never deliver your car.
