Complaint Review: rock Chevrolet

My wife and I was inquiring about a new car we contacted Rock Chevrolet .We spoke with Lance and Amanda both in sales we where ask what we wanted and then ask our personal information to run our credit we where told we was approved for the car we saw online. Before we left home we contacted Rock Chevrolet back to make sure everything was good and the car is available per LANCE the car was waiting and we are ready to go. Once we arrived at the ROCK CHEVROLET two hours later and sit down with Sandra Miller none of the cars promised was there and we had to have our credit ran again. The head sale manager was very rude unprofessional very sloppy looking hair was dyed 3 colors but we still sat at the ROCK CHEVROLET for two more hours a total of 4 hours.They would not tell us what we was approved for but showed us a trade-in we automatically rejected it and was told by MANAGER it get worsted from there. None of the cars they have online was available and all the prices was flat out lies.
