Rock Executives is a Company based in Rosemont, Illinois.

Management training program??? The reality is that the business that Jimmy Brock represents is a Multilevel sales scam.

So i will explain since i work for Rock Executives.

1)So i started in the company after been interview by Desire and Jimmy Brock in my so call first round interview, he said i will go out in a second round interview with one of hes most talented reps for the company.
The next day Jimmy Brock introduce me to a Guy i forgot his name who was pretty good at explaining everything without a doubt pretty much scripted, we go to a room full of people interacting with each other learning how to manipulate someone
into a sale it was interesting, the Rep explain that people where going to talk about what work for them the day before to be able to do the sales so i was like o.k. their was like 25 people total in that room only 3 spoke and 4 where
mention for doing the minimum quota remember that is 7 out of 25 not a good sing, and one of them in his speach complain of how a business owner kick her out of her store.

we head to the field in my car since the gentleman that took me in the interview did not own a vehicle he promise me lunch witch he did buy, He was good at manipulating people and show me some "ACTION" that's how they call it if someone actually does sales, in my head i was thinking man he most be making a lot of money because he did a couple of deals and he is pretty good at responding to peoples questions really cool guy.

After going back to the office after a long car ride and talking to the rep i was with i thought it was not a bad idea working for this company, after all i had bills to pay and was out of work for 6 months.

So i was back at rosemont at 8 a.m on Monday for my first day of training, gave me a new start book and everything, i went to the field with a different rep i was wondering what happened to the guy that took me out in a interview so i ask the rep that i was with what happen to  the other rep he said he was sick or something anyhow it was terrible so much different from my second round interview the call center was down so we could not make any sales and after it was up and running again we could not find any person that pass credit to get T-mobile service it was hell and we got back to the office at 6p.m i drove home and was asking myself what was i doing.

 2) i Got promoted by the guy that train after been consistent in my sales for 4 days, why so fast?? the guy that train me hand me a binder because the guy that took me out in a interview took another job at another company i wonder why??, i took a look at the binder thinking i was going to get a raise no way is full of interesting information explaining how i
got brain wash to do this job,  for example it explains how i have to be positive every day around everybody else
and how i have to learn how to interview people to make them stick around all
day with me after 4 days of doing sales by myself they called that
"replacing" your self, i will explain later, so in those 4 days i did

3) or more sales a day and three weeks later my paycheck was $124.17  no wonder why they pay you every Friday, so you can keep coming to work and make the manager money in this case the really respectful Jimmy Brock who actually left that Friday early to have dinner with his girlfriend did not even had the dignity to hand me my paycheck which i had
to explain to myself that it would be fixed on Monday, jimmy's explanation was that people cancel and is uncontrollable and i had to teach other people how to get over it if i want to run a business like him going back to the been
positive thing in that binder for been a leader position.

 4) on Wednesday Jimmy runs this opportunity meeting, and is a brain wash because he tells you how you can be a Millionaire if you stay in his business, going true how from phase 1, to phase2 and the whole process to
get to his level,  that's when i found the answer of why they keep people around at least for a month, so this is how
it works:

jimmy is the manager and he has a assistant Manager that is in charge of interviewing and training just like everybody else in that office that you are never spending time at remember. You are going to be doing door to door to door sales in wish CYDCOR who you can Google  not T -Mobile pays the office $125 total per line sold and Jimmy gets $50 of each sale made in the office of the $125 he makes $50 so if 40 cellphone lines are sold a week he makes $2,000 office profit which is decent when you share the office space and you have to pay $4,000 of rent with other managers that run the same scam. So
why not keep people around even do they don't make money, so their was 12 people in my t-mobile office like 6 selling Quill and some new people in the office lobby waiting to be train in a career that does not  exist.

5) the Next step and how they keep you around......they have this event every Thursday called team night in were the managers and reps get together for some drinks and if you don't go they make you feel guilty, my job as a leader was to tell new people in the business that everything is going to be alright and they will learn how to make money, i lie to myself Thursday after Thursday i was not even making money and i had to take out interviews for jimmy's company and lie to new starts about me making money and my name was in this magazine that shows that i was #2 or #1 in the country in sales for T-mobile who did not now that i exist, i was in that office for 3 months now and i made $1,800 dollars that is $600 a month and like maybe if i got lucky i will make 14,000 at the end of the year after working from 7 a.m until 6p.m and
having one on ones with Jimmy once a week and he will tell me how everything is going to be o.k listening to other Reps complain about their paychecks every Friday and been behind on my credit card payments car payments.

6) Bonus and compensations??? their is no such thing, the only Bonus is that you will end up doing Cocaine and Marijuana like everyone else in that office to be able to function every day and deal with customers saying no, cancellations on your paycheck and people clapping every day. i had to chase Jimmy for a week for a gas card that he did not have, and he hopes you forget to ask for it, so if he gets some gas cards he can keep it for himself.

Jimmy don't Lie you were Engaged to Gabrielle Corcoran who used to run a Scam like yours called Cor Concepts in downtown Chicago, and she when Bankrupt, so how can you sleep in the same bed and not be affiliated, you are
fake, the last thing i heard is that the Assistant Manager Derek hits on every Girl that works on that company, what a Joke.

$30 k average a year, are you dreaming i was the top Rep in your Office 6 months out of 8 and i made $21,586 in my first year stop lying or i will have to post my embarrassing W-2 on this website.
