The website has great graphics and logos. Pricing is good, too. The problem is, there doesn't seem to be anybody at the company.

Their toll-free phone number transfers to a cellular phone which seems to have a full mailbox. When I was able to leave a message, the outgoing greeting is a computer-generated voice (is management hiding?).

Numerous phonecalls were never returned. The site claims a customer can purchase their products over the phone with a credit card, but after calling more than 100 times (no exaggeration) over one week, we gave up and paid via paypal.

Numerous calls and emails were placed and sent with no response. Once in a while an e-mail would come advising "your products will arrive 5-15 days from the time of your order". The emails specifically asked for a phone call.

It was as if a robot replied to the e-mails. Nobody ever called us, nor addressed the real issues.

Thank god paypal.com has a good policy for nonresponsive vendors. Unfortunately, I looked like a d****ebag after promising kids Christmas presents that would never arrive.

Avoid that site. Especially if you were planning to send a check or cash (that is offered as a payment option!).

The address given is an "executive suite". Beautiful building. Google it. Seven stories tall in East Long Beach. Law firms and engineers mainly use it -- but spend most of their time outside the office. Some mortgage companies use it too to do their closings. Look up the landlord -- used to be called Park Tower. Dun & Bradstreet can give you 30 companies that use that address also. Used to know an attorney named Darrow and an engineer named Bennett. Look them up -- they've been there forever and I'm sure are in the phone book. They are VERY nice gentlemen. (Company called Orange Coast Mortgage (Linda) is in there too). Good luck! Hope that helps tracking things down.
