As for being fat, I have been on a diet for the past 7 months and am now down to 120 lbs.  I would hardly call that fat.  Yay for weight watchers.

FYI, I have copied and pasted all of the messages that have taken place on this chat to the Kissimmee Police Dept, and also to your local constabulary in the UK.  I know that you have absolutely no idea where I live in Kissimmee, and I am glad that I have used my maiden name, so you will never be able to find me.

Why did you start the thread off with your name as "Broker Killer" before changing it back to your real name? Also, why list your address as Alabama?   You kept saying about people hiding behind names etc, when you were doing that yourself?  Just confused  about that.

Anyway, I only started to write on this forum out of curiosity as to how someone can get "conned" after performing due diligence.  Your actions and language here have clearly shown me how that is possible. So, I see you have changed your name to Robert?  I wonder if Ms Barnes can work out who you really are now, and inform the authorities? I am no coward, I just have no interest in coming face to face with a bully like you. You say that you and your family carried out all due diligence, but you were conned out of your money? Just to clarify, I have purchased 2 businesses now over the past 10 years from Ms Barnes, and I was very happy, but like I said, I had my legal team do the full due diligence.  I did not leave it to family members who are not experts in that field.  It is my hard earned money, and I need to make sure it is going in the right place, and on both occasions it did.

The bottom line here is that anybody buying a business must carry out due diligence.  Your friend that you talk about were really foolish if they did not do that themselves.  Have they filed a report on here?  I would love to read it if they have.?  Please show us the report.

 What sort of mug would purchase two businesses off a crook like Susan Barnes? A friend got caught out by this criminal and trust me his family will be inacting revenge. Due diligence is something that must be carried out by the buyer.  What sort of a wally would part with money without carrying out an extensive due dilligence on what they are buying?  I mean, really?

Anyway, I would love to hear more about this case, as I have purchased 2 businesses through Ms Barnes, and never had any issues. Oh, but i did my due diligence along with my attorney doing the same.  I am guessing you did not.   Tut tut tut tut.  Lesson learned for you I guess.
