Complaint Review: ROCK SOLID BULLDOGS

I purchased a French bulldog puppy yesterday from a man name Alex Marquez. The puppy is extremely malnourished and dehydrated. Her pads of her feet are torn up from being in a cage. She doesn't even know what grass is. It's absolutely disgusting what he did to this puppy. She's four months old and only weights 7.12 (my other Frenchie is almost five months and he weights 16.6!) The vet said she probably wouldn't have made it through the week if I hadn't brought her in. He keeps making excuses and claiming "she's a picky eater and puppies are small" but the truth is this was pure neglect! He's refusing to cover any of the vet bills (over $500!) and keeping saying she's healthy when she's obviously not. There's a huge difference between small dogs and starving ones! Pictures and the vet don't lie! Beware of this breeder!
