Complaint Review: Rockaway Bedding

Rockaway Bedding Calling about my Sealy Mattress 10 year warrenty. They said we do not have record of me buying the mattress. Which I told them that I can get a bank statement saying that they was paid through my checking account East Middletown New York

Like I said before I call Rockaway Bedding to use my 10 year replacement(only 7 years passed) warrenty on my Sealy Posturepedic Mattress.

The sales person (female, don't know her name) said that they don't have me on there computer. I payed them on my debit card, so the bank has a record on the payment. I just want my mattress replaced that's all or my money back! The mattress is a Sealy Mattress so are they going to give me a new one or my $800.00+ back (Sealy?)
