About a month ago I went to Rockenbach to buy a second car and had been noticing a Pontiac Grand Am online. The first week i saw the vehicle the price was $1,495, and 3 1/2 weeks later the price went to $799. Now I had been calling to find out what if anything was wrong with the car of course they said nothing but I had to see for myself.

I took a friend with me and we drove the car looked under the hood and everything checked out or at least we thought it did. We specifically asked the salesman "what is wrong with the car, because this is too good to be true," suprise suprise "nothing, everything has been inspected and serviced."

I had only had the car 2 weeks and the transmission started stalling, my front axel needs to be replaced, my car is leaking coolant, and over heating. Like other dissatisfied customers I contacted the dealer and spoke to the manager at the new car lot and the manager at the used car lot and was told that they did not handle that. So who does?

I then contacted my salesman who told me "thats what you get when you buy a 700-800 dollar car." Well maybe, but there is a lemon law that says a salesperson must disclose the history of the vehicle to a potential buyer, whereas the history may change the buyers desire to buy the car. They didn't do that and since "everything was serviced and inspected" which was a lie, and I tried my mother tried toget a solution to the problem and recieved none, I finally took my fathers advice that there was no longer a need for me to talk to them my lawyer will be contacting them from here on out!!!

If what you're saying is true and happened exactly as you said, then perhaps you should know your great, wonderful BBB approves! According to their website, this "dealership" has had 35 complaints within the past 36 months! One per month, not bad BBB. I'm impressed BBB with your high standards. Speaking of "standards", the BBB says Rockenbach "meets our membership standards".

As usual, another typical example of what the BBB is all about. People, you just want to believe the BBB is some great organization with noble goals. Somme people even think the BBB is a government agency thanks to their deceptive name "bureau". Reality is what you see here.
If this "dealership" meets BBB standards, then maybe the next time I have diarehha the BBB will crawl into the toilet to seek its membership!
