rockenbach/rock chevrolet refusing auto service that was paid for grayslake, Illinois
Bought new pickup truck. At time of purchase about 6 years ago also purchased a lifetime unlimited oil change and tire rotation service for over a 1000 dollars. Went in and was told that all oil changes from this point on will cost money. Rockenbach said that it had sold to rock and they will not honor any agreements that rockenbach had mad with anyone. Hundreds of people that bought this service over the years have got screwed out of there money and they said to bad.

Rock Chevrolet is honoring the lifetime oil change for Rockenbach Chevrolet customers. Customers who purchased the lifetime oil changes through Rockenbach Chevrolet need to come in and register their information with the all-new Rock Chevrolet.
