Rocket Communications - ESBI - Enhanced Services Billing Verizon Rocket Communications fraudulent slamming charges through ESBI on Verizon bills Palm Harbor Florida
Rocket Communications need to be stopped. They are fraudulently billing for services through ESBI on Verizon telephone bills. Verizon will not help. ESBI transfers you to Rocket, and they do not refund money. I was told some "Jillian Long" signed up for services on MY phone number back on May 23, 2008. I am being billed, and she is using the services.... supposedly. What a scam !!!!!!!!!! Verizon and ESBI need to stop contributing towards these scams. If anyone else has this issue, please file a FCC complaint. It can be done via internet, or in writing. FCC phone number is 888-225-5332.

I work for Rocket Communications in SF and we have been getting alot of Angry calls....we are NOT the company billing you ....the company you really want is Rocket Communications Services in Florida or www.rocketvoicemail.com...thier number is 888-300-0549....
