I've been a member for over 1 year paying a monthly service fee for their services. I've just canceled my subscription because I cannot get anyone on the phone number that's on their site. The automated system allows me to select options to get to the appropriate party but once the final selection of a department has been made by me I go on hold for about 20 seconds and the system hangs up on me. I've tried to get through to multiple departments during business hours and the system just kills the call. I never received an email confirmation of cancellation so I'm concerned about that, I only have the screenshot I took of the apparent confirmation page of the "downgrade to free" membership as they call it. Now I can't reach someone to know what I'm supposed to do, if anything, with any paperwork or obligations there might be with my company that I had them create and file for me. I won't be back, seems suspect to me when they don't answer or even go to a vmail system and I just get hung up on automatically through several departments.
