I went to the wash on the 7th of January, I used the hand brush on the outside of my vehicle before going through the wash. As I was going through the wash, I did notice the arms looked a little close. It ended up taking the paint off the door and left a scar mark on it. They said they are not responsible for the damage that did happen while going through their wash.
Just want to let people know that these businesses do not care if things happen to your property while using their machines. So before using them, I would use brushless washes. Especially since companies can damage people's property and get away with it.
They left message saying they wash 1000s of vehicles and they not or not responsible for my property even though it happened from there so call automated machine.
