I paid for a Rheem tankless water heater. They immediately tool the money from my account. I received an e mail saying my order was being processed and would be sent soon, this was Oct 13. After a week the status did not change. I tried to call the company phone number but the message said they could not take calls. I received an e mail asking how I liked the product, I replied I did not receive it yet. No response. I sent several e mails without a real reply. I did receive an automated response that my e mail would be responded to in 24 to 48 hours. No response after a week. I have tried calling the contact number for a week, message always says they can't take calls. My purchase was over $1,000. I have asked for a refund on my purchase, no response.
