I purchased a works knife sharpner on 9/13/17 from rocketiaq for 49.00, they took the money out of my account on 9/14/17. I waited 3 weeks and contacted rocketiaq.com customer service about my order, emailed several times with no response, requested refund and got a response 2-5 would refund money it is now 10/16/17 no refund no product no response.
