Purchased a furnace filter from RocketIAQ.com, but they never sent it?!?!?!? My card was billed, & there is NO WAY of getting in contact with them. The only option is a phone number. When you call, you get a message saying there is a high volume of calls, and that you should leave a mesasage. Reading other reviews .... this seems to be how they operate business. High profits when you take the money, but then never supply the product!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
