RocketLawyer.com Auto Pay $39.99/mo even tho canceled within free trial. No way to login to my account to correct it. San Francisco, California

 I joined the free trial & got layer off so I canceled with in the trial deadline.  My account has been charged every month since August, 2012 $39.99 via auto pay that was required to join the trial.  I cannot log in to the site to cancel though & there is no other way to turn off the auto pay.  i've payed $200 for nothing & I'd like to be officially cancelled & have my money refunded.

 Sorry for any frustration. You can definitely downgrade your account and stop payment at anytime through the website. It sounds like you're having problems logging into your account though. Feel free to contact our customer service team between 6am-6pm PT M-F at (877) 881-0947 for assistance. They can also end your membership while on the phone if that's more convienent, or you can simply email us at support@rocketlawyer.com. Just be sure to email from the email address on file.
