RocketResponder.com(TimTech) Charged my credit card after account cancellation West Kingston Rhode Island

I joined rocketresponder.com (a Timtech company) on october 11, 2017. I seen their "Free 30 day trial offer" This is an autoresponder service. They required a credit card for sign up. They came recommended by another company I am a member of. By October 23rd I decided their service wasn't for me and contacted them through email support ticket # 782704 received a confirmation the same day that the account was cancelled.

On November 13 my credit card was charged $20 dollars for their services. Which their offer clearly states on their sales page : "Can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time within the members area. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month." I had to retrive a username & password because the account was cancelled in order to contact them and open another support ticket # 368161 on Nov. 15th and ask for a refund because I was charged after the account had been cancelled.

This is their response: "RocketResponder has a 30 day free trial, we do not give refunds after the fact. If you are in the free trial period you can cancel anytime on the billing page. If you paid via credit card you can cancel anytime after the trial period on the same page. If you paid via Paypal you'll need to cancel within your Paypal account. Tim Your TimTech Support Team," I followed their guidlines. It is now Nov. 23rd and I received the same response support ticket # 208540 this morning 8:15 a.m. It is quite obvious that they are thieves and rip offs because even in their own ads they show how mentally challenged they are by not reading their own material and following it. I will get justice.
