1. Service is lousy.
2. Lot of noise and dropped calls when calling abroad.
3. When I wanted to cancel this, it took me 30 minutes to cancel it the customer service rep just wouldn't do it. Even though I told them it was my money (probably I was their only customer!!!!!!!!!).
4. I never read anything about returning the equipment initially, now I have to pay shipping and return it to them.
5. They were supposed to pay 39.95 after receiving the equipment, but credited only 19.95. May be it's a charge for their Mis-Service.
Never ever do business with these guys. World will be so much better off.
