Stay FAR away from Rockfall Data - run by Richard Romine and Jonathan Whitmore. These clowns will say anything to make a deal and then run the tried and true "bait n switch" thinking that's the road to riches selling data. It has been 3 weeks now and all myself and my client have gotten are excuses and lies. After getting an awesome test file and a week of chasing them we did get a file of complete horse s**t data, which my client tested (at his expense) and the results were pathetic.

I had a batch of email tested and it all came back bad/invalid. They promised free data on top of the 1MM - nothing. They promised a make good on bad numbers or records without - nothing (300k out of the 1mm). Was told I would get a refund by Richard then told in no way would I get a refund as I got 1MM records. This as*hole is active duty US Navy, which is an embarrassment to them. He actually bailed on the group chat leaving it up to Jon as "this is a Jon problem, not mine" - some leadership skills there. And still at this point there is zero communication from them in regards to them "making this right" - just day after day of silence unless myself or my client post asking a question.

I have every chat on Skype downloaded, I have their Skype ID's and FB profiles as well as their other company (which you should stay away from) US Answering Services, LLC. and I'll put them all below. It's hard enough to sell data in general, but because of assclowns like this it's even harder. All they had to do is refund my money and save face, but they are broke d**k scammers who have no clue how to conduct legitimate business.

This guy can't open his mouth without lying. I recieved no refund, I'm out the money I spent and he goes into "hiding" while taking money from clients and never delivering on the promises made. I got a refund, show me the proof as not 1 cent has hit my account. This is typical for under educated thieves who think it's easy to start a business and take peoples money. Richard Romine is a liar, thief and a discrace to the US Navy - if in fact he'sd even IN the Navy as he claims. We'll soon know. Once a thief, always a thief - stay away from anythibg associted with this clown.

 I went into business with Jon under the impression that the data we would receive would be solid good data. Beyond Jon's or I control, the data purchased was a bait and switch which happened to us. This is why I decided to get out of this industry. There are so many scammers. The person here still got his refund. As we told him we would. We tried many times to give him good data but the only way he could test it was to spend money to run it through his own software. I am glad to get out of this industry so hopefully this guy will find what the is looking for. He received the data and other ones we sent. We did everything we could to fix the scammer that sent us the data in the first place. I opened up to this person to explain the circumstance. Since the business is out of business, it makes no sense to keep a website. I'm sure Jon will try to sell in the future. But he and I are not scammers. Sometimes data providers do these things and by the time you catch it, it's too late. Finally, I am glad he got his money back and that I am finally out of this type of business. I'm one of the few honest people who like this guy, got screwed. Except, unlike him, I get no refund. I'm true to my word as best as I can keep it.
