This place doesn't advertise but it is known by word of mouth. The monthly rent is very cheap; but the pasture isn't maintained; stalls are filthy; fences that are damaged do not get fixed; and some of the stalls have poor ventilation.

I read your story - are there others that you know of that have had thees same experirneces of being ripped off at barn facliites? Not getting what is clearly specified in the contract and then having your horse neglected and watching to to it to it others?
