Rocksbox The overcharged my account twice

I signed up for the account with a referral code from a friend. I was supposed to get 1 free month, they charged my card anyways. I had to contact support and go through an email exchange with them to get the charge taken off. 

The service requires you to pay a monthly fee which can be credited toward a purchase from the inventory they send you.  Only they don't credit it toward the purchase. They conveniently misplace shipments or take longer than usual to process payments so your monthly credit is lost and you pay for overpriced jewelry.  

The point of a subscription service, is to make life easier for you.  Having to constantly double check that a company processed your payments properly and didn't overcharge your card, totally defeats the purpose!
