Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Grand Theft Auto Online Banned Account with No Explination and Took Money New York New York
My Message: My family has spent Christmas over at my house. I been letting my nephew play for the past couple of days on my account. He came to me tonight and said my account was banned. I tried loading it, and sure enough it said I was banned until 1/25 with an account reset. I just gave him money for those shark card things recently, so why is my account being banned? Did he violate the terms of service? Immediate help would be appreciated, because I like to play this game too.

My Response: I expected better service than this, especially having just gave you all money.
Spent $4.99 on 12/25/2016 (the day my account was banned), spent $2.99 on 12/13/2016, and spent $9.99 on 4/18/2016 for in-game money called Shark Cards. Purchased the game on 4/8/2016 for $59.99.
My account is being completely reset after the ban, no refunds will be given, and I was never notified of any changes whatsoever with the Terms of Service/User Agreement.
They are taking my money with no explination, and are not rendering the services I paid for.
