rockstar rockstar games, grand theft auto online stole money, cars, & guns from my account Internet

here is an example of rockstars customer service, if you can call it that

i called my mechanic to deliver a car & he said ok, then called back & said he couldn't deliver it. so i called him back & my car was no longer in my garage. i called the insurance company & i didn't have any destroyed cars, i am also missing some expensive guns, like the homing missile launcher, please help

If your car is missing, please provide the following information so our Claims Department can follow up:

-Console/Platform: PS4
-PSN ID/Xbox Gamertag: --------
-Which Character Slot (1 or 2):
-An inventory of any vehicles missing:
-How many garage slots are currently open if any:

Once we are provided this information, we will gladly investigate this.

i was also missing my homing missle launcher & already re bought it

I don't get errors the car is just missing. I made a video of me calling the mechanic and insurance just don't know how to upload it to you. I tried the add file at the bottom of the page but it says I cannot use this feature

so that's it? you steel a quarter million $ worth of stuff from me & make me jump through hoops to do what you ask & your sorry for the inconvenience. that's some outstanding customer service you got there. its bad enough you don't do anything about the modders that ruin the game play, now you have to steel from people. if that's how you treat loyal customers then i will no longer be one. thanks for nothing

We certainly understand your concern, however, as we have informed you previously, we have examined your account and we could not find any data regarding the Imponte Dukes on your account. We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding this issue.

Regarding modders, you can always report cheater activity on GTA Online by sending us the cheater's PSNID/Gamertag along with a screenshot/video showing that they are modding/glitching the game and we assure you that action will be taken against them.

well no wonder you could not find any data regarding the Imponte Dukes on my account, since the car i asked about was a Declasse Stallion. just goes to show how little you value customer service. thanks for proving my point even tho it falls on def ears. maybe i should post our correspondence on the rip off report and show everyone how you treat your customers

im not missing dukes im missing a Declasse Stallion how many times do i have to tell you that
