Complaint Review: Rocky Mountain Overseas

Rocky Mountain Overseas I paid for and international move and my shipment was abandoned at the border, I paid to move it all to Houston and put in storage. I just want a fair refund because they did not complete the move or do what they charged me for. They will not repsond to any correspondence. Denver Colorado

I contracted Rocky Mountain Overseas to move my belongings to Mexico.  I had all the paperwork, photos and list signed by the Mexican Consulate. All of this was given to them before they picked up my shipment. After they picked up my shipment they billed me and I paid them in full.   My shipment was abandoned at the border.

I was able to get it taken to Houston and put in a storage facility. Now all my belongings are in Houston and I live in Mexico and there was damage and missing items.  I have asked Cori and Darlene for a fair partial refund so I can hire someone else to complete the move afterall I paid for an international move and they were not able to do this. 

To this day neither Cori or Darlene  have responded to my correspondence.  The lack of professionalism is unbelievable.  It seems they have stolen my money and contracted to do this shipment when they could knew they were unable to complete this contract.
