Ordered a Phazer II radar detector manufactured by Rocky Mountain Radar on 5/13/08. It was sold through a call center owned by the Media Synergy Group.

I cancelled the Phazer II order because they never shipped the radar unit and kept making excuses. Everytime I called the phone number 888-266-4230 they sent me to a customer service rep who always said that the order is going to be shipped in 7 business days. I think this is their standard answer.

So I cancelled the order about 14 days ago and have not received any refund. They refuse refund my money. I spoke with the customer service rep Bobbi Smith (rep number 5722) and she said that they will not issue a refund for 21 business days. I will also assume that this their standard answer for dealing with refunds.

Keep in mind they processed my credit card instantly, without ever shipping the radar unit. They give an excuse that it has to go through accounting and that the accounting department is very "backed-up". Apparently not backed-up enough to charge my credit card.

Please refund my money Media Synergy Group.
