For many years, I was charged a rental fee for a water bottle dispenser. I was told that it would not be charged and then it would appear on the bill. In Janurary of 2001, I demanded that Rocky Mountain stop delivering water. Unfortunately my wife wrote the final check on a closed account by accident. I made good on the check on 9/28/01. I insisted that Rocky Mountain Water return my check after being paid by the collection agency.

I never heard a word until Janurary of 2002, I was sent another bill from a different collection agency. Rocky Mountain Water was using that same check to double collect. Upon checking with the BBB, Rocky Mountain Water had an unsastisfactory rating.

I talked with the sales manager and after all the info I gave him, he was stating that he had to make adjustments to the account. I do have the full conservation on tape.

Be careful and check with the BBB. If not companies such as Rocky Mountain Water will rip you off.
