Rocky's Pub Worst Service and Customer Relations EVER.. SO RUDE DON'T EVEN TRY THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LESS THAN A CUSTOMER. North Little Rock Arkansas

Today was the most terrible sevice ever. We went into the Rocky's Pub/Resturant to order a ceaser chicken wrap. The only server was very unconcerned and finaly came over to the table where you seat yourself and took our order. We had our 11 year old daughter who was going to be picked up in 30 minutes for the weekend but was starving with us. We waited a full 30 minutes and finaly her friend came to pick her up. I tried to ask how much longer the wrap would be. He said if I would have order fried it would be out quick but because she wanted grilled it was not done. When I tried to cancel the order her told me I was not allowed to. He said the policy was you order it you pay for it. He was very rude. My older daughter knew the owners son and that was the reason we chose the place to begin with. We had visited the place before and the food was o.k.. 5-10 minutes after my daughter left the server brought out the wrap for her. He said you need to bring this home and she can eat it later even though I told him she was leaving until Sunday. I told him we no longer wanted the sandwich and he said to bad. The owner then brought out our food. I tried to let her know how he treated us. She was worse than he was. Very RUDE AND UNFROFESSIONAL. She stated he was the most loyal employee she had which I fould to be funny because he was the only non family member that worked there. She also stated he was very honest and said she told him to tell us we could not have a refund which was a lie because he answered without consulting her right after we stated we no longer needed the sandwich. She said pay the bill or I will call the police. Of course we paid the bill but I later called the police and THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO BILL US FOR IT. If you dont eat it you can not be force to pay for it. Not only did we not eat it but I tried to cancel it long before they ever brought it out. The police phone number is 501-758-1234. Obviously you are no longer having fun when you got out drinking or clubbing or partying as they say...

Getting drunk and putting yourself at risk for a Drunk Driving Arrest is NO WAY TO SPEND YOUR WEEKENDS ANYWAY!

The money that you spend on mixed drinks and high-priced pup grub could be better saved and put awy for your future.

Maybe this is a sign that you are growing older and growing up ....

I have been to Rocky's many times. It is near my office so I go there more now but I live in Little Rock and used to drive to NLR just to eat at Rocky's when I could.

I know exactly who the employee that is being referenced is and I have to say that I disagree completely with the description above. I know that he has been an employee at Rocky's for several years, takes his job very seriously, and always does his best to make sure people have a fantastic experience at this restaurant.
In addition, I have also worked at a restaurant before and, although a restaurant may strive to put its customers first, every so often there is a customer which makes it extremely difficult to satisfy their request. It is also ALWAYS a good idea to let someone know if you have a time constraint as stated in the previous comment as well as providing time at any actual sit down restaurant to actual sit down and ENJOY the experience!

Furthermore, I have NEVER EVER had a disappointing experience at Rocky's. They make at least nearly everything from scratch and the owners are extremely friendly and grateful for their customers.

Rocky's is the kind of place where even if they aren't busy all the time they earn the repeat business of LOTS of their customers and everyone that I know that has ever been there has thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

They have loyal employees and loyal customers.

As a former waitress, if you have any time constraints, you should always mention that before ordering. Some dishes take longer to prepare than others. Usually wait staff can clue the chef and your order can be completed before others. Hence, communication is golden. If you only have thirty minutes, a sit down pub is probably a poor choice as opposed to drive thru or fast food.

I have never experienced the rude behaviour of anyone at Rocky's. I know the gent you are speaking of and he has always been really pleasant. Their food is high quality and worth the wait!
