Complaint Review: Rocoto's Sabor Latino Grill

This was my 2nd visit to this place. I went there for lunch and was very happy with the meal, service and prices, that's why I returned.

The second visit was nothing like the first. I understand that dinner prices are always higher, but seriously $10.99 for (1) porkchop, white rice that was nuked, half a cup of black beans (not even enough to get the rice moistened and a stuffed pepper for $9.99 that was hardly edible because it was so over microwaved. 

I asked the waiter for some olive oil to at least be able to swallow the beans and rice, and his response was "I don't think I can get you any" but let me see. He showed up with about a teaspoon full of olive oil. No management was called to our table, nothing was done about the problems with the meal, no refund or discount was offered, nothing to make our visit more tolerable at all.

This kind of customer service really leaves us with a bad taste in our mouth.

Save your hard earned money, taste buds and liver by not eating at this place!
