Rodeway Inn refused to give any discount even though room was less than accommodating Sandusky Ohio

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn during a 2 day visit to Cedar Point. When we arrived, the water pressure in the room was very low. So much so, that it took 45 minutes to fill the tub enough to get a bath. We reported this to the office & were advised they would check in to it. We stayed at the park all day & arrived back at our room at 11:30 pm only to find that nothing had been done. We called the office & were advised that a maintenance person would be right up.

We stayed awake until 12:30 am but no one ever came. We reported the problem to the office again that morning & I requested a manager contact me on my cell phone. I never heard from anyone. Again, the water was not taken care of. We went to the office again the next morning & again reported the problem. This time, it was finally taken care of. Unfortunately, it really put a damper on our vacation. Upon check out, I requested a return on my credit card or at least a discount for the inconvenience of not being able to shower, to which I was denied.

I contacted my credit card to stop the payment. They investigated & Rodeway Inn blantantly lied about the situation. I contacted their corporate headquarters & the response was to send me discount coupons for my next stay. I have absolutely no intentions of ever staying there again & I will let all my friends & family know that this place is a complete ripoff.
