This motel refused to give me guest reward stamps in the Easy Choice frequent guest program. After making frequent complaints to staff at the motel, the motel told me to leave and would call the police if I did not. They did refund second days stay. My rate was a qualifying rate for this program but manager and owner of the motel said that stamps will not be awarded unless rate is above a certain monetary amount in total violation of motel's franchise agreement and program regulations which motel is required to abide by in accordance with franchise agreement hotel signed with Choice Hotels.

The motel would not give you your "frequent guest stamps" but instead refunded your second night's stay??? It sounds like they gave you a much better deal than just some lousy stamps! What's your beef??
