Rodis Law Group 4 month later, Minus $3900, No Home Modification, No return phone calls Orange California
We would face a $15,000 penalty if we refinanced our home to a regular interest loan. We waited patiently until that time, but the home value dropped drastically. We realized that we needed to do something.
KFBK radio was advertising an add for Rodis Law Group about home modification loans. I called them and they assured us that we were a good candidate and they would be able to get this done in 30 to 60 days.
We signed a contract with them and paid them $3900 upfront for the services.
We provided them with the necessary documentations. We contacted them and were asked to provide more documentation. We have worked with 2 different case managers. We have been calling them, but they never respond and do not return calls.
Rodis Law Group cashed the check for $3900 January 29. Today June 1, 2009 we have not had our loan modified, our calls are not returned and we are out $3900.
Beware this company is a rip off. They are located at the same address of
America's Law group, who is now advertising on the radio the same thing.
